We will be a grant-making organisation which distributes financial grants to provide financial support for victims of natural disasters (such as earthquakes, landslides, and floods) to rebuild their lives. The use of the funds will be at the discretion of the victims, - - sometimes by replacing their destroyed stock (cows, chickens etc) or rebuild their house, or whatever enables them to start again.
Representatives of Starting Again , or in-country partners, will physically visit sites of natural disasters, providing financial relief to individuals and organisations as required. It is intended that we will also work alongside other charities and organisations who provide other forms of relief to ensure that those areas identified as in need receive a full package of support.
